Processing Time

All orders are handmade and carefully checked before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, new product launches, or holiday closures, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via the website or directly by email.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Customs and Import Duties
